If yours retired, moved or simply stopped feeling right, we make the change simple. We are about sixteen minutes away, and Dr. Christine Fink welcomes new patients.
Most people stay with a dentist longer than they want to because switching sounds like a hassle. It is not. You call us, tell us a little about your history and your insurance, and we take it from there. We can help you request your old records, and a texted link takes care of the new forms. We take new digital X-rays when we need them.
At your first visit you get an exam, a cleaning if you are due, and a conversation about what we see, in plain English. See what to expect as a new patient.
The reasons are usually ordinary: a dentist who rushes, a long wait for a simple appointment, surprise charges, or a treatment plan that arrives with no explanation. We cannot undo that, but we can do the opposite. You get your estimate before treatment begins, and we explain the why behind every recommendation.
Not sure about a plan from another office? Bring it in and we will go through it with you, without criticizing anyone.
We work with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Healthspring and most PPO plans, and we confirm your benefits before your first visit.
If you are uninsured, our Dental Club membership is an in-house plan for routine care and emergency visits.
Bring your insurance card, a photo ID and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent X-rays or a record of past treatment, bring those too, or tell us who to contact.
Most of all, bring your questions. Tell us what you liked and did not like about your last dentist, and we will do our best to make this one different. Urgent problems are worked in whenever we can.
