Our membership is designed for patients without dental insurance. It cannot be used in conjunction with existing dental insurance or government programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.

Yes. Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Please contact our office directly to process a cancellation. The $75 Lifetime Activation Fee is non-refundable.
